Our work starts one year in advance of the current season.
Our designers get hold of the forecasts for the next year and get down to preparing the collection. This is done in the sampling unit with the help of our in-house printing unit.
Buyers visit our showroom at the onset of the season and we travel to Europe with the collection twice a year.
Our main production control unit in Bombay swings into the preparation of the orders received, right from making of the paper patterns and finalizing the artworks of the designs selected to the ordering of the accessories etc.
The same is sent to our Tirupur office from where they are distributed to our factory or to our subcontractors.
The follow up of the orders is done by the merchandisers and individual quality control engineers in Tirupur who painstakingly supervise the details of each account under their charge.
The orders are then shipped out from Bombay, where the head office prepares the shipping and bank documents and effects the shipment.
